What happens on the Farm Tour?

Feeding frenzy

Most of our crew are highly food-motivated. Translation: they’re very interested in becoming your best friend. We’ll show you the technique. (Yes, there’s a technique. No, the goats won’t tell you what it is — they just want the food.)

Got little ones? They’ll need a hand from an adult. Some of our animals are enthusiastic eaters, and tiny fingers need backup.

Horsemanship Demonstration

Our farm tours include a Natural Horsemanship demonstrations and you’ll see what happens when horses and humans actually understand each other.

The bridleless demo? That’s where it gets interesting. No bridle. No rope. Just communication, trust, and a horse who’s clearly showing off.

It’s the kind of thing that makes you go “wait, how did they do that?”

Oh, and the Views? Ridiculous.

You came to pat a goat, not take landscape photos. We get it.
But Glenorchy is absurdly beautiful. Rolling hills, mountains, light that makes even our grumpiest rooster look good.

Fair warning: The horses might get jealous. They’re used to being the main attraction.
